Service Provider will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to the performance of its duties under and pursuant to this Agreement, except such equipment and materials as are provided by Owner, as set forth in Exhibit B attached to this Agreement.

Does not perform any maintenance services; b. Does not maintain any portion of the rental properties, other than as set forth in exhibit b attached hereto; or c. Is unable to perform any maintenance work as set forth in this agreement. 5. Termination of service agreement. Service provider shall terminate this agreement if, prior to such termination, any such service provider submits to owner an offer or's certification pursuant to nac stating that the service provider has notified all its subcontractors of the intention to terminate the service agreement at least two (2) weeks in advance. 6. Reimbursement to owner. No reimbursement is or will be paid to owner in connection with the work. Section 1 . Scope of contract.
